Frequently asked questions
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from Settings → Billing. Changes are prorated by your card issuer's billing cycle, and your data is never touched by a plan change.
- What happens when my trial ends?
- Nothing is deleted. Your account moves to the Free plan and keeps working within its limits — pick a paid plan whenever you're ready to restore the rest.
- Do tenants need a paid seat?
- No. Tenant accounts are free and unlimited on every plan. Seat limits apply only to your staff — admins and managers.
- What if a payment fails?
- We email you and keep your paid features available during a short grace period so a bounced card never locks you out mid-month.
